No. Exam and licensing fees are paid directly to the appropriate agencies.
Are termite inspection and radon testing classes included?
No. This NJ home inspector training program focuses on the core residential inspection disciplines required for licensure. Specialized services such as termite (WDI) inspections and radon testing are separate certifications and are not included in the standard curriculum. Guidance is provided on how and when to pursue additional certifications after completing the program.
